TNT Shipping Policy

Please Read Our Shipping Policy

 Customers are responsible for tracking their packages until they reach their destination. If any issues arise, please email support@tntbeautystore.com.

TNT Beauty Supply will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipper. By agreeing to a purchase, you assume full responsibility, and TNT Beauty Supply will not engage in any investigations with the shipping company. We will not provide replacements for packages classified as lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipper if you have opted out of insurance.

 

**DELIVERY**

 

Customers must track their packages once shipped. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks, notify us promptly. TNT Beauty Supply is not responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. Ensure you track your order and notify us of any issues immediately.

 

**ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED, THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.**

Express Shipping: (3-5 Business Days)

  • 24 - 48 hour processing (longer during sales)

  • 2 - 3 business days for tracking (longer during sales)

  • Shipped within the timeframe selected at checkout

Standard Shipping: (7-9 Business Days)

  •  48 - 72 hour processing (longer during sales)

  • 3 - 5 business days for tracking (longer during sales)

  • Shipped within the timeframe selected at checkout

RAW  INDIAN  BUNDLES  Shipping (Product Coming Soon)

Our raw Indian bundles are shipped from an international vendor. Shipping will take 5-7 business days, which includes:

  • 24-48 hour processing (longer during sales and holidays)

  • 3-5 business days for tracking (longer during sales and holidays)

  • Shipped within the timeframe selected at checkout

CUSTOM  WIGS (Product Coming Soon)

Custom wigs have a longer shipping period due to the additional processing time. Shipping will take 8-10 business days, which includes:

  • 24-48 hour processing (longer during sales and holidays)

  • 5-7 business days for tracking (longer during sales and holidays)

  • Shipped within the timeframe selected at checkout

 

 

INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING

Currently, TNT Beauty Supply does not offer international shipping.

 

 

SHIPPING  DELAYS

To avoid delays, place your order well in advance of any deadlines or events. We provide delivery estimates based on information from our shipping partners. TNT Beauty Supply is not responsible for late shipments due to weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are longer during sales. Holidays do not count as business days.

 

Signature confirmation may be required for some orders. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages once shipped. If a package is returned, customers must repay for shipping to have it reshipped. Online orders cannot be picked up in stores unless a pick-up is selected.

 

**RUSH  SHIPPING**

 

Plan to avoid delays during holidays or sales rushes. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM CST will be processed on the next business day, Monday.

 

For credit card fraud prevention, certain orders may require ID verification before shipment. If your billing, banking, or credit card details do not match the record information, we may request additional information.
