At TNT Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer store credit and exchanges, but no refunds.
Return Policy:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exclusions: Opened cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
Store Credit:
Store Credit: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Store credit can be used toward any future purchases at TNT Beauty.

Processing Time: Store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges:
Exchanges: We offer product exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide an exchange or store credit.
